Elaine Lee is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchase and display of our extensive range of foods for retail sale. Elaine has been with us since 2007. Originally from Sheffield, Elaine has spent her whole career in catering and recently worked for the contract caterers Aramark. Elaine has a young daughter and teaches boxercise in her free time.

At Dunscar we are committed to maintaining our countryside and we are thus doing our best to support British farming by promoting the best of British Foods. We truly believe that this country understates the quality and richness of our agricultural produce. We are long standing members of North West Fine Foods and actively source produce from the region. Both in the garden centre shop and the Garden Café there is a large and increasingly diverse selection of top quality foods. Many of our suppliers have been featured by Rick Stein as “Food Heroes”.
